Privacy notice

This applies to the enquiry form on project pages. It does not cover general site browsing.

What we collect

When you fill in the enquiry form: your name, mobile number, and email if you choose to give it, the project you asked about, and which consent boxes you ticked. We also record a few technical details about where the enquiry came from (referring page, campaign tags) to understand which content is useful. We do not store your IP address.

Why

To answer your enquiry about a specific project by call or WhatsApp. If you tick the separate, optional box, also to pass your details to other RERA-registered brokers who may be able to help with similar projects.

Who receives it

Noida Verified and our partner broker, Hedge Homes, always — that is what the required consent box covers. Any other broker only if you separately tick the optional sharing box, naming the partners listed below at the time you give it.

We also use a notification tool the site owner chooses (for example Slack, or an automation service such as Zapier or Make) to alert us when you enquire, acting on our behalf. That tool receives your name, mobile number and the project you're interested in, so that we can contact you.

How long we keep it

Placeholder, to be confirmed: our current proposal is to keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up on a project (typically no more than 24 months after your last contact with us), then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Withdrawing consent or asking for deletion

Write to us naming your phone number and what you'd like changed. We will stop contacting you and delete your record from our database.
